Changes to your bin collections

With our contractor Serco we are making some changes to waste and recycling bin collections. From the week beginning Monday 22 July 2019, over half of the borough's residents will see a change to their day, recycling week or time their bin is collected. The changes to bin collection days are necessary to ensure the smooth running of the service both now and in the future

You will still receive a weekly waste collection and a fortnightly recycling collection. 

Leaflets will be arriving on doormats over the next two weeks giving details of your new collection day, a timetable and any additional information that may be relevant to your household.  All residents will receive a leaflet, even if there is no change to the day, as the time your bins are collected could change. You can also look up new collection dates on our website now.

New collection dates will start from the week beginning Monday 22 July.
