APP/H1705/W/17/3183258 - Land Adjacent To The Oaks - 17/00942/FUL - Change of use of site as a private gypsy site for one family comprising a mobile home, utility room and touring caravan

APP/H1705/W/18/3199331 - Land At Cufaude Lane - 17/04276/FUL - Change of use of site as a private gypsy site for one family comprising two mobile homes and touring caravans including installation of cesspit 

APP/H1705/W/18/3199357 - 4 Cufaude Lane - 18/00006/RET - Proposed use of land for gypsy/ traveller family comprising stationing of 3 no. touring caravans, the erection of a utility room, installation of cesspit and new vehicular access 

APP/H1705/C/18/3203089 – Plot 3 Cufaude Lane - EC/16/00376/UMCU2 - Appeal against an Enforcement Notice related to the material change of use of the Land from agricultural to a gypsy and traveller pitch, the siting of two mobile homes/caravans for residential occupation, the erection of three utility buildings and the laying of hardstanding 

APP/H1705/C/18/3203087 – Plot 4 Cufaude Lane - EC/18/00003/UMCU1 - Appeal against an Enforcement Notice related to the erection of utility buildings, the laying of hardstanding, and the formation of a vehicular access onto a classified road, Cufaude Lane, including the laying of hardstanding, sub base and pipe at the crossover from Cufuade Lane. 

APP/H1705/C/18/3203090 – Plot 6 Cufaude Lane - EC/17/00435/BOC1 - Appeal against an Enforcement Notice related to the material change of use of the Land from agricultural to a gypsy and traveller pitch, the siting of three mobile homes/caravans for residential occupation, the erection of two utility buildings, the laying of hardstanding, and the formation of a vehicular access onto a classified road, Cufaude Lane, including the laying of a hardstanding, sub base and pipe at the crossover from Cufaude Lane.

Further to my previous letter concerning the above appeal, I am now writing to inform you of the details of the forthcoming Inquiry. 

The Inquiry into this appeal is to be held in the Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH commencing at 10.00am on 2 April 2019 for a duration of 4 days. 

An Inspector, P Dignan M.AG Sc PhD has been appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government under paragraph 1(i) of schedule 6 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to determine this appeal.  Any owner or occupier of property in close proximity to the site may attend the Inquiry (personally or through a representative) and may, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views. 

Please note that parking at the Civic Offices is limited to one and a half hour maximum, so it is advisable for visitors to find alternative parking.

Copies of the statements produced by the appellant and ourselves can be inspected on the councils website, www.basingstoke.gov.uk, or at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council at the above address at any time between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, but a prior appointment is advisable to ensure that the documents are available.

A copy of the appeal decision will appear on the Planning Portal website (https://www.gov.uk/appeal-planning-inspectorate) or the councils website in due course.
