1.	Apologies for Absence
2.	To receive declarations of interest relating to items on the agenda
3.	Open Forum – To hear matters raised by members of the public, or Cllrs with a prejudicial interest either on agenda items (maximum period of 10 minutes only). (NB for non-agenda items Members of the Council are not permitted to respond, except to ask questions for the purposes of clarification)
4.	2019-20 Audit review
	4.1	To consider the Internal Audit for 2019-20
	4.2	i. To agree and sign the 2019-20 Governance Statement ii. To agree and sign the 2019-20 Accounting Statement
5.	Date of Next Meeting –Tuesday 15^th September 2020 A decision on the location (online or physical) of this meeting will be made nearer the time
