·         To approve the following procedures: Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Finance and Planning Committees Terms of Reference, Document Retention Policy, Burial Ground Regulations, Assets Register

Proposed new youth facility

·         Decision: to approve that the project team refine the plan and submit it to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for Planning Approval

·         Decision: to approve the purchase of a computerised booking system for all community facilities out of Parish Council reserves, to be replenished as part of the allocation of S106 funds for the above project.
