              Public Interval

A member of the public spoke about the Cabinet meeting being held in the Civic Offices on the same evening and asked the Parish Council to liaise with the public about the outcomes of the decision discussing housing numbers to take forward in the Local Plan. She commented that the large number of houses developed in Bramley over the last few years are affecting the rural nature of the village. She explained that she is on the Neighbouhood Development Plan steering group with the aim of trying to assist in protecting the village from unsuitable development.

4.0         Urgent matters arising

It was noted that since the agenda for this month is brief to allow time for the Annual Parish Meeting to follow, this item had been added to deal with urgent matters which do not require a decision.

It was noted that a response from the Parish Council had been sent in relation to the Decision Notice being discussed at the Cabinet meeting this evening which had been circulated to all Parish Councillors prior to sending to the Local Plan Officers, and that a copy would be appended to the minutes and posted on the Parish Council website for public information.

5.0          Items for the next meeting

Compare quotes for the clearing of the ditches alongside Bramley Green and decide who to appoint.

               Community facilities/S106 monies update.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.15pm.
