Garden waste collections now suspended
|
Last week we informed you that we had taken the difficult decision to suspend garden waste collections and bulky waste collections in Basingstoke and Deane following the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) . We had hoped to complete this week’s garden waste collections, unfortunately, owing to staffing shortages, Serco has suspended the service today (Tuesday 24 March). This decision is to protect our key waste, recycling and clinical waste collections. We apologise to our garden waste customers for the inconvenience.
