To receive apologies for absence and declarations of interest

Travellers:

·         To review the legal options available to protect the village against unauthorised encampments, aided by David Winter, Sector Inspector for the rural area of the Basingstoke District.

·         To review the local and regional issues relating to traveller movements and encampments, aided by Geoff Scrutton, BDBC Traveller Liaison Officer.

·         To consider any additional vulnerable sites within the village and whether defences should be installed at these sites.

·         To report on the decision relating to the planning application for change of use for gypsy caravans in Cufaude Lane site if available at that time.

Local Plan Consultation:

·         To report on the elements within the Draft Local Plan which are relevant to Bramley Parish, and invite public comments prior to the Parish Council’s formal response to the consultation being prepared.
